Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process. Assess patients upon admission by obtaining relevant medical history and conducting physical assessments. Plan and implement care plans under the direction of a physician. Monitor vital signs and interpret lab results, imaging, and other diagnostic tests. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients regarding their health conditions and care plans.
Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid. The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract.
