What You’ll Do

This is a working supervisor role with hourly pay and overtime available. The position is full‑time and covers overnight shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

As a Nursing Supervisor
, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well‑being of our residents. Your responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and guiding nursing staff to ensure high‑quality care delivery.
  • Overseeing daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation.
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
  • Conducting regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards.
  • Providing mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.

What You’ll Bring
  • Valid state nursing license.
  • Advanced degree or certification preferred.
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in long‑term care preferred.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
  • Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill, with the ability to work with both.
  • Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
