Registered Nurse – School-Based | Hillsborough County, NH Are you an experienced RN with a passion for making a difference? We have a high-priority opportunity for a Registered Nurse to support a medically fragile student in a school-based setting in Hillsborough County, NH
.

This is a very special assignment
—ideal for nurses with critical care experience who are looking for a rewarding role during school hours.

• Assess, monitor, and manage students with chronic health conditions
• Administer first aid, medications, and emergency care when needed
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records for students
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, as well as district health policies
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding students’ health concerns, treatments, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and staff to support student wellness and academic success

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Pediatric or school nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to children’s well-being
