Job Summary

Local Candidates Accepted - Will Receive A $10/hr Lower Local Rate. The Registered Nurse is an essential member of the patient care team who is responsible for the delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process in all assigned areas. The RN will be required to assess patients upon admission using appropriate interview techniques to obtain past medical history, current medical status, vital signs, lab work, x-rays and other diagnostic test.

The RN will plan and implement a written care plan under the direction of a Physician.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active New Hampshire RN License required or eligible to obtain.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS required.

  • Able to perform standard assessments using basic equipment.
• Medication Administration
  • Visual acuity.
  • Hand‑eye coordination.
• Communication/Documentation
  • Maintains confidentiality.
  • Able to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Patient Safety
  • Able to meet standards of job analysis form.
• Interpersonal
  • Interact positively with members of team and patients.
  • Respects patient culture, lifestyle, religion and age when planning or implementing care.
  • Accepts constructive criticism and channels emotional reaction in a positive manner.

• Graduate from an approved School of Nursing.
• Current New Hampshire license required or eligible to obtain.
• Clinical experience preferred.
• Membership in a professional nursing organization.
• Certification in specialty preferred.
