Registered Nurse – ICU

Assignment Details:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Valid State of New Hampshire RN license
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• 3 years of previous nursing experience preferred
• CRRT experience required
• Balloon Pump experience required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process.
• Conduct patient assessments upon admission using appropriate techniques.
• Obtain and analyze patient medical history, current medical status, vital signs, and diagnostic test results.
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.

Compliance / Notes:

• Holiday availability required
• Every other weekend required
• Orientation:
  Up to 16 hours is unpaid
• Required to float to Progressive Care if needed
