Registered Nurse - Field Assessor

Overview

We are hiring for a PRN RN Field Assessor to join our passionate team in Portsmouth, NH. As a Registered Nurse Field Assessor you will complete long‑term care insurance assessments, gathering claimant demographics, physician information, medication lists, and evaluating the claimant’s functional independence.

• Obtain claimant demographics, physician information, current medication list, and evaluate functional level of independence.
• Complete brief cognitive screening and assess ability to perform ADL and IADL tasks.
• Use a point‑of‑care web application on a laptop or tablet in real time for documentation.

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and dependable vehicle or public transportation access.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of client demographics.

• 1+ years of RN experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Annual total cash compensation ranges from $79,222 to $118,833. Pay is based on per visit point (USD $38.09–$57.13) and hourly rate ($45.71–$68.56). This role is not eligible for benefits.
