Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (L&D) travel assignment in Nashua, NH.

Start date:

08/31/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $3,352 to $3,469 per week. Guaranteed hours: 48 per week. Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.) with every third weekend required. Setting: hospital. This is a travel temporary assignment requiring NH RN licensure and BLS certification.

• Travel assignment in a hospital setting

• Deliver direct patient care to laboring and postpartum patients, newborns, and their families, following the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation).
• Monitor maternal and fetal status, manage labor progress, administer medications per protocol, and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, pediatricians, and the nursing team to coordinate care and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Provide postoperative care for GYN surgical and general postoperative patients as needed; bring circulation experience to support operating room and perioperative activities.
• Provide family education, discharge planning, and documentation with attention to accuracy and compliance with standards such as the AWHONN guidelines.

• Active New Hampshire RN license
• BLS certification
• 2+ years of Labor and Delivery experience
• Ability to work nights and every third weekend
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with patients, families, and hospital staff per policy
• Willingness to care for laboring patients, postpartum patients, and newborns within a hospital setting

• Up to 16 hours of orientation are unpaid
• 13-week travel assignment with guaranteed hours
• Nights, 3x12-hour shifts with every third weekend requirement
