Quality Inspector
This role has a five day/week on-site expectation.
Sunday to Thursday 11:00pm to 7:00am
The Quality Inspector I is responsible for ensuring product quality by completing first piece, in‑process, and final product inspections while maintaining a record of all inspection data.
What you will do- Read customer print to work order.
- Read customer prints and associated job documentation and ensure all requirements are met, including basic dimensions, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, surface finish, material type, and plating/finish requirements.
- Record and archive inspection results.
- Write up parts requiring reworks or remakes via non‑conformance reports and route them to the proper operations.
- Complete first article inspection (FAI) reports when required by the customers.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following all plant rules.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the workplace and ensure all tools are properly stored and accounted for when not in use.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent degree.
- Able to comprehend and follow printed and computer‑screen instructions, and direction from supervisors or technical leads.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Able to use measuring instruments such as scales and calipers.
- Able to work safely with sharp tools/objects such as hobby knives, utility knives, and diagonal‑cutting pliers.
- Able to use a computer and calculator.
- Able to read and write in English and do basic arithmetic.
- Able to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Must be punctual and have good attendance.
- Strong attention to detail is required.
- Previous experience in a CNC machining environment.

$18.51 - $24 an hour

Occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in high, precarious places and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock and vibration.
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
