Chinatti Realty Group is hiring bilingual licensed real estate agents to serve a diverse and growing client base across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. This opportunity is ideal for agents who want structure, real support, and a clear system designed to help them close transactions consistently.
We provide structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, weekly buyer and listing training, and optional company generated leads supported by an in house inside sales team that books appointments directly on your calendar. Agents maintain independence while benefiting from strong backend support, transaction coordination, and leadership access.
We stand behind our system. If you follow our training and process and do not secure your first accepted offer within 90 days, we will write you a 500 dollar check. This is not a sign on bonus.
