Real Estate Agent Training Leads Coaching Provided Massachusetts and New Hampshire. At Chinatti Realty Group, we believe agents do not struggle because they lack drive. They struggle when they are not given a clear plan, consistent training, and accessible leadership. We built a brokerage centered around structure, accountability, and real support. We work with both newly licensed real estate agents and experienced Realtors who want to increase production.

Our model includes structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, optional company generated leads, and full transaction coordination support. Agents maintain independence while having strong backend systems in place. We stand behind our training. If you follow our system and do not secure your first accepted offer within 90 days, we will write you a 500 dollar check. This is not a sign on bonus.

It is accountability on both sides. Headquartered in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Licensed agents in Massachusetts or New Hampshire are encouraged to apply.

• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
• Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results
• Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
• Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
• Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers

• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
• Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
• 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
• Candidate should have a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

$80,000 - $110,000 per year at plan earnings
