Boot Barn - - Responsibilities:
Foster a service and selling culture to build long-standing customer relationships;
Become an expert in product categories and communicate product knowledge to customers;
Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, displays, merchandising setup, and store housekeeping;
Process merchandise and replenish floor stock; complete sales transactions and manage cash at POS;
Partner with store leadership to develop skills and improve key metrics (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture)
