Role Description

Best Ford of Nashua is seeking a motivated Automotive Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our sales support team. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communication, setting appointments, and nurturing leads through consistent follow-up. This position plays a critical role in generating showroom traffic and supporting the sales department. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, comfortable on the phone, and confident using CRM systems.

Type and Schedule

Full-time In-person position with Monday through Saturday availability required. Day and evening shifts as scheduled.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to internet, phone and live chat inquiries promptly, professionally and accurately
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to follow up on sales leads
  • Schedule and confirm sales appointments
  • Maintain accurate records in the dealership CRM system
  • Ulitize phone scripts, email templates, and text messaging tools
  • Nurture leads through consistent follow-up communication
  • Support the sales team with appointment coordination
  • Maintain positive working relationships with teammates and management
Qualifications
  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM systems
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Automotive experience is a plus but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal driven environment
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
