Corebridge Financial brings financial planning tools to community members who work in healthcare, higher education, K‑12, government, and other not‑for‑profit institutions, helping them plan and protect the future they envision.

The Retirement Plan Consultant provides objective guidance aligned with the needs of plan sponsors and eligible employees for the applicable retirement savings plan. Incentive bonus opportunity is available based on pre‑defined plan metrics and client satisfaction ratings.

• Conduct individual and group presentations, in person or via video technology, to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
• Lead enrollment meetings, age‑based financial education meetings, and advanced financial literacy meetings as requested by the plan sponsor.
• Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
• Assist Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate them regarding plan participation.
• Travel may be required for new plan enrollments, depending on territory.

• High school diploma or GED required;
  Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Series7, Series
  66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.
• This role is deemed a “covered associate” under SEC Rule
  206(4)(b) and related regulations.
