Responsibilities:

Teach and train team to answer customer lead inquiries and establish follow-up with sales appointments.
Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone scripts and texts.
Provide customers with product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
Provide customers with great buying experiences
Follow up with customers to ensure positive CSI and repeat business
Present and work customer buying options from beginning to end
Participate in team and process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales/finance teams, service teams and dealership management.
Develop, motivate, coach and lead team to success with positive reinforcement.
Utilize CRM tracking system daily.

Requirements:

In Dealership experience is a Must
At least one previous role based in dealership business development
Finance/desking experience is a must
Strong understanding of lead processes and timelines
Must be organized and have ability to multitask
Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
Prompt and courteous demeanor
Leadership skills are a must
Positive and hardworking personality
Open minded individual
Solid computer skills with Microsoft office products and google docs
