Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor access points and conduct visitor check-in and/or credential verification in accordance with site requirements, supporting controlled entry to restricted areas;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site representatives and/or public emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of buildings, production and/or office areas, parking areas, and the perimeter;
Complete security-related reports and logs, communicate noteworthy activity to leadership, and assist with investigations by documenting observations and preserving information
