• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”):
  You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
  In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

• Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorization, and deter unauthorized access to restricted areas within the aerospace and defense location.
• Screen visitors, vendors, and/or deliveries, maintain accurate access records, and communicate entry requirements and site protocols in a professional manner.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, problem‑solving, and report unusual activity through established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, noting access control concerns, unsecured entry points, and/or conditions that require follow‑up.

• State, county, and/or city issued security‑related license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal considers qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
