PIRTEK, the nation’s leading provider of on-site hydraulic and industrial hose replacement, is seeking a Hose Installation Technician to join our growing Amherst team. This is an active, hands-on field service role where you’ll diagnose issues, fabricate hoses on the spot, and keep essential industries running.

What You’ll Do- Service, assemble, and install hydraulic and industrial hoses for customers in manufacturing, construction, rental equipment, and more
- Operate a fully equipped PIRTEK mobile workshop (company vehicle provided)
- Respond to local service calls and troubleshoot equipment on-site
- Maintain tools, inventory, and equipment in the service truck
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Represent PIRTEK with professionalism, integrity, and strong customer service
- High School Diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude (automotive, equipment, tools, or similar experience)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive, self-motivated attitude
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Available weekends and evenings on rotating basis
- Experience with hydraulic systems
- Field service or mobile technician background
- Automotive, diesel, or mechanical repair experience
