Location: Nashua, New Hampshire (Open to those willing for relocation)

We are seeking skilled and experienced Full Stack Engineers with a strong focus on back-end development to join our team in Nashua, NH. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our API-driven solutions, working with a modern tech stack to build robust and scalable systems. We are looking for individuals who thrive on solving complex problems and collaborating with a talented team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement back-end API solutions using Java Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain database solutions, including writing complex stored procedures using PL/SQL on an Oracle database platform.
• Architect and build highly configurable, metadata-driven systems that can quickly adapt to new markets.
• Leverage and integrate with Azure cloud services to create resilient and scalable applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, present solutions, and influence technical direction.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from initial design to deployment and ongoing support.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Deep expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with extensive experience in Java.
• Strong knowledge of relational database design and data modeling.
• Extensive hands-on experience with database development, including writing stored procedures in PL/SQL and using ETL tools.
• Practical experience with a public cloud platform, specifically Azure is required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• A good understanding of the Wealth Solutions (WS) product offerings and integration techniques across different record keepers.
