POSITION:
Summer Pool Coordinator
Parks and Recreation
June 2026 - August 2026
WAGE: $22 to $24 per hour - Up to 40 hours/week
PRIMARY DUTIES
Responsible for overseeing all operations of the 3 public pools; assign work to lifeguards; evaluate staff; inspect facility; maintain records for attendance; check water chemistry.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
* Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Must be at least 21 years of age
* Must possess a valid driver's license
* High school diploma or certified equivalent plus 1 year supervisory/management and 1-3 years related experience
* Lifeguard certification is required. Please attach copy of certificate
* Water Safety Instructor and Lifeguard Instructor are preferred but not required
* Must be willing to obtain certifications if offered job
