Shipping & Receiving Clerk
We're seeking an experienced and dependable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our clients warehouse operations in Nashua, NH. This role is responsible for receiving and inspecting shipments, preparing outgoing orders, creating shipping documents, and maintaining accurate records.
Location:
Nashua, NH Starting pay rate: $24-$26/hr
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 7am-3:30pm Contract-to-Hire
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments
- Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders
- Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documentation
- Coordinate UPS, Fed Ex, LTL, and international shipments
- Maintain inventory and shipping records using computer systems
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of shipping/receiving experience
- Experience with UPS World Ship, Fed Ex Ship Manager, and LTL shipments
- Familiarity with ERP systems and general computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Valid driver's license required
- Background check required
- Drug screening required (THC not included)
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
