Receiving Coordination:(Incoming materials - verification, inspection, receipt, Visually checks, verify quantity, any damage to package or contents, original purchasing records, Documents missing or damaged parts)
** Position Description
** Receiving Coordinates the verification, inspection, and receipt of incoming material to ensure timely delivery to designated areas.

Visually checks all incoming material to verify quantity and for any damage to package or contents.

Compares accompanying paperwork against contents and original purchasing records to confirm that the proper items have been received and inputs verification of same.

Documents missing or damaged parts and completes necessary paperwork.

Adheres to company guidelines regarding the proper handling of classified and/or hazardous materials.

Routes packages according to inspection code.

May assist in the delivery of packages throughout the facility, incorporating the use of power or manual equipment and hand tools to move heavy or awkward materials or packages.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.

Skills Required Requires a High School education and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.

Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Basic understanding of PC applications including Oracle.

Experience Required Oracle Receiving  (1-2 years)
PC skills
