Position SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse and production operations. In this role, you will safely transport materials throughout the facility, assist with inventory management, and support shipping and receiving activities to ensure efficient workflow and production continuity.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment throughout the facility
- Transport raw materials, finished goods, and supplies to support production and warehouse operations
- Organize and stage materials to maintain efficient workflow and inventory accuracy
- Load and unload trucks while following safety and quality standards
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Verify incoming and outgoing materials against documentation
- Utilize RF scanners and inventory management systems to track materials and inventory movement
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory control activities
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or shortages
- Perform daily forklift inspections and equipment safety checks
- Report equipment malfunctions, maintenance needs, or safety concerns promptly
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with warehouse, production, and shipping teams to meet operational goals
- Assist with additional warehouse and facility tasks as needed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety and efficiency
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Basic math, counting, and inventory tracking skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to workplace safety
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license required
- Forklift certification preferred, or ability to successfully complete company-provided training and certification
- Previous forklift, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics experience preferred
