Warehouse Associate

Marathon Staffing seeks a Warehouse Associate to support light industrial operations for our clients. In this role, you will load, unload, and move materials; pick, pack, and label orders; and assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory counts. You'll operate basic warehouse equipment, follow safety and cleanliness standards, and accurately complete paperwork or system updates. This role requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials and products within the warehouse
• Pick, pack, and label customer orders accurately
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and verification of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Perform cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory records
• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks
• Follow all safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards
• Complete basic paperwork or system entries for orders and inventory
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet productivity goals
