  Mondays ~25 patients/day (higher during respiratory season);
  Tuesdays/Wednesdays ~20 patients/day

• Support staff: MAs, RNs, Care Coordinators
• Work style:
  Independent practice with supervising physician available
• EMR: eClinical
  
  Works – must have experience and be comfortable using it

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active NC license
• Board certification required
• BLS certification required
• Prior enrollment with Medicare and Medicaid
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced urgent care environment
• Must be able to work Mondays consistently

• Mileage reimbursement available (max 60 miles)
• No hotel reimbursement
• No call responsibilities
• Dress code:
  Scrubs or business casual with lab coat required

STAT credentialing process; provider will be credentialed with major payors.
