Position normally involves 19 hours/week.
Responsibilities- General building and grounds maintenance

- Operate valves
- Maintain fire hydrants
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have knowledge of general landscaping and maintenance
- Must have ability to lift heavy weight
- Must be able to work outside
- Must have a valid North Carolina driver’s license
