Are you an experienced accounting professional ready to elevate your career and make a real impact?

We're seeking a Senior Accountant to join a growing finance team in a purpose-driven behavioral healthcare organization. In this high-impact role, you'll help manage fixed assets, lead capital spending activities, and ensure financial accuracy-directly supporting a mission that changes lives every day.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead fixed asset tracking and monthly capital spending
• Prepare and post complex journal entries (e.g., interest and property tax accruals)
• Develop and maintain balance sheets, income statements, and ad hoc reports
• Support audit processes and build strong internal controls
• Mentor and guide junior accounting team members

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Great Plains is a plus
• Familiarity with Concur SAP and banking systems preferred
