Account Payable specialist

We’re seeking a PTP Associate - Invoicing and Inquiries to support a leading global media and entertainment company. This temporary opportunity is based on-site and offers a chance to contribute to a dynamic, international team. • Reviewing and processing invoices using SAP and Ariba systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Managing invoice error resolution queues within IPS, Ariba, and SAP, and resolving related issues.
• Assisting suppliers and internal teams with inquiries through Ramp Up, our customized Service Now platform.
• Monitoring aged invoices, purchase orders, and goods receipt/ invoice receipt (GR/IR) discrepancies to facilitate timely resolution.
• Collaborating with internal departments and global teams on process improvements and special projects.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Prior accounts payable experience, with 1+ years preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to handle customer service inquiries and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of SAP, Ariba, or Oracle is considered a valuable addition.
