Staff Accountant

We’re hiring a Staff Accountant for a growing hospitality organization in Nashville. This role supports daily accounting operations across accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced, guest-facing environments and bring strong attention to detail and communication skills.

• Handle guest, customer, and vendor billing inquiries and resolve issues
• Process invoices, payments, and checks with accuracy
• Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies
• Support bi-weekly payroll processing
• Assist with accounts receivable and billing functions
• Prepare daily labor and revenue reports as needed
• Support general ledger entries, reclasses, and financial research
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc reporting

• 6+ months of hospitality or hotel accounting experience (required)
• Experience with payroll, AP, or AR strongly preferred
• Strong Excel and accounting software skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
