We’re representing a client hiring a Staff Accountant to join a high-caliber, rapidly growing healthcare organization backed by private equity. This is a great spot for someone coming out of Big 4 or a strong regional firm who wants meaningful, client-facing work and a clear path for growth (they promote high performers and invest in seniors).
What you’ll do- Support full-cycle accounting
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and assist with month-end close
- Help produce accurate financial statements and reporting packages
- Work directly with physician practices and internal business teams
- Partner with leadership and FP&A on ad hoc analysis and projects
- Improve processes and help scale a fast-moving finance function
- 1–3+ years accounting experience, highly value public accounting experience
- CPA preferred, not required
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow
$60–70K base + 10% bonus, benefits Day 1, 401(k) after 60 days, unlimited PTO. Hybrid.
