Senior Accountant

Compensation: $85,000 to $90,000 + 10% Bonus + Benefits Package

We are partnering with a professional services firm that partners with growing organizations that are in need of high-level financial and operation support. The firm provides various services such as accounting, financial reporting, and systems optimization, with a strong focus on scalability and long-term sustainability.

This position will assist with a portfolio of clients nationwide and managing their outsourced accounting. This includes month-end close, working directly with Executive management, and providing strategic support as needed.

• Prepare and review financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles
• Maintain and oversee accounting records for real estate development and construction-related entities
• Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance accounting processes, both internally and for external stakeholders
• Develop customized budgets, forecasts, and management reporting to support client decision-making
• Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day communication with external parties, including investors, property managers, and tenants
• Lead accounting system conversions and data migrations between general ledger platforms (e.g., small business systems to enterprise property management software)

• 3+ years of experience in full‑cycle accounting and/or audit or tax within a Public Accounting firm
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or other related field
• CPA or actively pursuing CPA is required
