Accountant - Nashville Hybrid; In-Office

Accountant - Nashville | $60-70k base + 10% Bonus + AMAZING BENEFITS + Hybrid (1-2 days per week in-office)

A publicly traded, Nashville-headquartered industry leader with a brand-new Nashville-based office is seeking an Accountant due to an internal promotion. Incredible culture, strong leadership, and real upward mobility.

• Report directly to a highly regarded Accounting Manager (Big 4 background, multiple promotions internally)
• Work for an Accounting Director we ve partnered with before - sharp, supportive, and genuinely great to work with
• 10-15 person corporate accounting team with strong collaboration and mentorship
• Flexible hybrid schedule (most leaders in ~2 days/week)

• Own full-cycle accounting (GL, cash, journal entries, reconciliations)
• Ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls
• Partner cross-functionally to improve processes
• Support reporting and financial data analysis
• Gain exposure to a large, sophisticated manufacturing environment

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting (required)
• 1-2 years of experience and/or strong internship foundation
• Solid understanding of debits/credits & reconcilations
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs & pivot tables required)
• High GPA and strong accounting fundamentals
• Comfortable with a brief accounting/Excel assessment

• 10% target bonus (historically pays well above target)
