Senior Accountant

Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Senior Accountant to fulfill an immediate permanent need in North Nashville.

$85k - $100k + 10% Bonus.

• Performing full-cycle accounting duties including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close
• Leading and supporting month-end and year-end close processes with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
• Preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations; investigating and resolving variances and discrepancies
• Supporting compliance activities including 1099 reporting, property tax filings, and business license registrations
• Partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to support financial reporting, analysis, and process improvements
• Ensuring compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company accounting policies; assisting with audits as needed
• Building and maintaining Excel-based reconciliations and reports to support financial analysis and decision-making

• 3+ years of full-cycle month-end close accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Excel skills to include: pivot tables and VLOOKUPS (macros a PLUS)
• Compliance experience (1099 reporting, property tax filings, business license registrations) a PLUS
• Quick Books a PLUS
