- Under broad direction, conduct a wide variety of intricate and complex accounting duties and projects with primary responsibilities over cash flow accounting and reporting.
- Assignments and work require a broad knowledge of accounting policies, practices, and procedures and a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- This role has significant visibility to senior management and international teams throughout the reporting process. Attention to detail and the ability to meet and coordinate reporting timelines are key skills.
- Perform research independently and prepare recommendations for changes in policies, procedures, and disclosures to address accounting related changes in guidance, disclosure requirements, and changes in the business. Initiate and implement changes needed to accounting systems, processes, policies, and procedures.
- Under broad direction, perform a variety of intricate and complex accounting duties, including preparing monthly cash flow statements, researching cash flow reporting topics, providing technical accounting support for cash flow reporting, internal and external audit liaison, and related activities.
- Handle complex accounting related to non-standard transactions, digital transformation projects, audit liaison, and disclosure benchmarking.
- Establish business partnerships across the organization and assist accounting in support of business strategies.
- Organize quarterly reporting timelines and meetings with management; participate in meetings with senior management.
- Perform accounting policy and disclosure research and assist in solving complex accounting issues using SEC and FASB guidance.
- Analyze financial reports and records; make studies or recommendations related to reserves, assets, and expenditures.
- Review and verify the accuracy of journal entries and classifications; provide timely recommendations to resolve issues.
- Recommend changes in accounting policies and procedures to ensure US GAAP compliance.
- Apply advanced accounting methods and participate in accounting system development, testing, and implementation.
- Review accounting work assignments for accuracy and completeness; may serve as project team lead and mentor to others.
- Understand continuous improvement objectives; measure progress and participate in problem resolution using data-driven decisions.

- Guidance on reporting transactions through the cash flow statement; support for internal customers’ business strategies.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting and ability to verify correctness and completeness of information.
- Clear coordination and communication with international units.
- Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP, FASB, and SEC reporting related to cash flow.
