Senior Accountant

Overview

Frederick Fox (Nashville) is partnering with an entertainment company to hire a Senior Accountant in downtown Nashville.

Job Title: Senior Accountant (A/R)

Reports To: CFO

Direct Reports: None, will work on a 4-person accounting team with Accounting Manager and AP Specialist

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 base + up to 15% annual bonus potential

• Assist with 5-day month-end close process and financial reporting
• Prepare sales tax returns, account reconciliations, and journal entries
• Oversee accounts receivable (A/R) by managing customer accounts and financial accuracy
• Client-facing role interacting with customers via email and phone about past due balances and managing collections
• Prepare A/R statements for timely distribution to customers and accurate record payments

• 3-5 years of accounting experience with an emphasis on A/R
• Strong communication to interact with customers
• Experience using an ERP at a mid-sized company
