We’re partnering with a growing company in Nashville to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist
. This is a hybrid, direct‑hire opportunity offering stability, growth, and a collaborative accounting team.
- Manage full‑cycle accounts receivable
- Prepare and send customer invoices
- Post and apply customer payments
- Perform cash application and AR reconciliations
- Follow up on outstanding balances and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate AR records and reportingn
- Assist with month‑end close as it relates to AR
- 2+ years of accounts receivable experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with accounting software (ERP systems a plus)
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Hybrid schedule (in‑office and remote flexibility)
