We are hiring Accounting Consultants (Engagement Directors) for our Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS). CAAS delivers customized accounting support to clients typically larger than 50M on interim and project bases.

• Serve as a high‑level interim or project‑based accounting resource for clients across industries, handling roles such as Interim Controller, Financial Reporting Manager, Internal Audit Manager, etc.
• Design and improve accounting processes including monthly close, management/financial reporting, forecasting, consolidations, and system implementations.
• Take an active, hands‑on role in executing client engagements.
• Travel as required; choose engagements that balance career and life.

• Ten years of relevant work experience, including public accounting.
• Prior industry experience as a CFO, Controller, SEC reporting, or Internal Audit Manager preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel and experience with varying accounting software.
• CPA certification preferred but not required.
• Experience in project management and exceptional client service management preferred.
