About The Opportunity - Net Suite Billing AccountantOur client is seeking a detail-oriented Net Suite Billing Accountant to support high-volume invoicing and revenue processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate billing, system integrity, and timely financial reporting within a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end billing processes within Net Suite, including invoice generation, adjustments, and reconciliations
- Ensure accuracy of billing data, pricing structures, and contract terms within the system
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies
- Perform account reconciliations and support month-end close activities
- Maintain and improve billing workflows, reporting, and system configurations in Net Suite
- Assist with audits by providing billing documentation and system reporting
- Monitor AR aging related to billing accuracy and support collections as needed
- 2+ years of billing or accounting experience with hands-on Net Suite usage
- Strong understanding of invoicing, revenue recognition, and general accounting principles
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
