Hourly Pay Range $25.00 – $34.00

The Billing Specialist will support an accounting and receivables team during a system transition to Net Suite. This temporary assignment (approximately six months) plays a key role in maintaining billing accuracy while assisting with data migration and process improvements in a collaborative, onsite environment.

• Support billing operations during a system migration to Net Suite
• Assist with data migration, validation, and reconciliation
• Generate, review, and process customer invoices accurately and on time
• Research invoices and purchase orders related to service billing
• Make invoice adjustments prior to sending invoices to customers
• Collaborate closely with Accounts Receivable and accounting team members
• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to internal inquiries
• Maintain organized billing documentation and follow established procedures

• 3+ years of experience in billing and/or accounts receivable
• Hands‑on Net Suite experience required
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a changing system environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Construction, service, or industrial billing experience preferred
• Comfortable working fully onsite in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting
