Accounting Manager - Healthcare

LHH is partnering with a large, well‑established healthcare organization to recruit an Accounting Manager for a newly created role. • Lead and oversee the full accounting function across multiple entities
• Manage financial reporting and conduct technical accounting research as needed
• Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors
• Directly manage and mentor Staff and Senior Accountants
• Contribute to special projects and other initiatives supporting business growth

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Prior people management or supervisory experience required
• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
