Overview

Bookkeeper - Nashville, TN (Near Charlotte Ave)

Pay: $55K-$65K DOE

• Maintain and reconcile financial records using Quick Books Online
• Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Assist with month‑end close, reporting, and financial documentation
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and transactions
• Support and utilize operational systems, including Jobber (preferred)
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve and streamline accounting processes
• Handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, growing environment
• Work closely with leadership to support overall financial operations

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience
• Experience with Quick Books Online required
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Experience with Jobber or Yardi is a plus
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Primarily in‑office; potential for 1 day/week remote once established
• 32‑40 hours per week; minimal overtime
