We’re partnering with a growing organization seeking a detail-oriented audit professional who enjoys working across audit, accounting, and compliance. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond a traditional audit role and gain broader exposure across processes, controls, and operations. This role is fully onsite in Rutherford County, TN.

Salary up to $100,000

• Perform audit and compliance testing
• Support the design, documentation, and testing of internal controls
• Assist with accounting support (including detailed reconciliations and “ticking & tying”)
• Contribute to process improvements and control enhancements
• Take on cross-functional work across audit, accounting, and operations

• 3–5 years of audit experience
• Strong accounting foundation
• Experience with controls, compliance testing, and documentation
• Highly detail-oriented with a hands-on approach
