Director of Finance & Accounting | Manufacturing
A growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Director of Finance & Accounting to join its leadership team. This role partners closely with executive and operational leaders to drive financial performance, improve processes, and support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Oversee accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and inventory accounting.
- Manage cost accounting, standard costing, and product costing.
- Partner with manufacturing leadership to improve profitability and reduce costs.
- Drive ERP optimization, financial reporting, and process improvements.
- Develop and mentor the finance and accounting team while ensuring strong internal controls and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
- 8+ years of finance/accounting experience in manufacturing.
- Strong background in cost accounting and manufacturing finance.
- Experience partnering with operations to improve costs and performance.
- Advanced Excel and ERP experience.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence across the organization.
