Position Overview

We are seeking a Tax Partner to lead a high‑performance tax practice focused on complex partnership taxation, personal and business tax planning, and client advisory services for middle‑market and large pass‑through clients, with the opportunity to expand service capabilities and strengthen market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage tax engagements for partnership, corporate, and individual clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering high‑quality technical guidance and strategic tax planning.
  • Support and develop managers and staff through coaching, mentoring, and team leadership.
  • Expand the practice by leveraging existing relationships and developing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other firm leaders to enhance service offerings and client experience.
  • Provide oversight on complex partnership tax matters, including RECON experience (a plus).
  • Uphold firm values through exceptional service, integrity, and client stewardship.
Qualifications
  • Active CPA license required.
  • Extensive experience with complex partnership tax law.
  • RECON experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated excellence in client service and engagement execution.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and staff development capabilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with partners and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
