We’re partnering with a growing, well-established organization in South Nashville to identify a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator

Responsibilities
  • Process high-volume vendor invoices with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness
  • Review, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system
  • Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including matching, batching, and posting
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments
  • Communicate with vendors to address payment inquiries and maintain strong relationships
  • Assist with month-end close, including AP accruals and reporting
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date AP files and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
Qualifications
  • 1–3+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience with accounting software (ERP systems such as Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, sorting, filtering)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
