Tax Senior Accountant – High Net Worth and Complex Entities

We partner with accounting practices focused on wealth management, business advisory, merger & acquisition services, and local community partnerships in Nashville, TN. This role offers a collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth.

• Provide tax preparation services and advisory to high-net-worth clients and diverse business entities including trusts, estates, and partnerships.
• Oversee multiple tax engagements and collaborate with the team to meet firm deadlines and standards.
• Complete tax research, preparation, and review for C-Corps, S-Corps, HNW clients, partnerships, trusts, and other entities.
• Mentor junior staff on tax assignments and support their training and development.
• Build and nurture client relationships for the firm.

• Base salary $95,000 – $125,000 per year.

• B.S./B.A. or BBA in accounting or related field; candidates on track to obtain CPA credit hours or already holding CPA acceptable.
• 2–3 years of tax experience working with multiple business entities across industries.
• Experience with tax preparation for the entities listed above.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as CCH, Pro System, Ultra Tax, or comparable platforms.
• Strong communicator with a teamwork‑oriented mindset and ability to lead and coach staff.
