Ghertner is seeking a Closing Coordinator to help ensure HOA ownership transfers are recorded accurately and completed on time. You will work with Accounting, Property Managers, Title Companies, attorneys, and homeowners to keep records current and closings moving smoothly.
Applicants should have an Associate degree in Accounting or related field and 3–5 years in accounting, plus sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Real estate experience is a plus.
