Healthcare Controller | CPA Required | Strategic Finance Leadership A bit about us:A respected healthcare organization is seeking an experienced accounting and finance leader to oversee financial operations, reporting, compliance, audit management, budgeting, and treasury functions. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this individual will serve as a key business partner across the organization while leading accounting processes and providing financial insights that drive operational decision-making.

- Lead general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities.
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
- Coordinate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee treasury functions, cash management, and cash flow forecasting.
- Partner with leadership on operational and capital budgeting efforts.
- Serve as primary liaison for annual external audits and regulatory reporting.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Support service line profitability analysis, reimbursement reporting, and strategic financial initiatives.
- Partner with revenue cycle leadership to monitor receivables and collection performance.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to accounting staff.
- Deliver ad hoc financial analysis for executive leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
- CPA designation required.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive financial management experience.
- Prior experience as a Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, Controller, or similar leadership role.
- Strong background in healthcare accounting required.
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, audit management, and compliance.
- Knowledge of third-party reimbursement, healthcare finance, and regulatory reporting preferred.
- Proven ability to partner with operational leaders and executive management.
