Position Title: Payroll Specialist I

As the Payroll Specialist, you would be responsible for supporting the Payroll Director and Senior Director of Human Resources & Payroll in payroll operations and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or a closely related field or payroll certification preferred.
• Intermediate/Advanced experience in all MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of wage and hour laws and multi-state jurisdiction; payroll tax calculations and payroll software.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to accurately deal with detailed and complex information in a confidential manner.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
