Senior Accounting Manager

THIS ROLE OFFERS A CLEAR PATH TO DIRECTOR IN 12-MONTHS.

I’m partnering with a rapidly growing, private equity-backed healthcare organization that’s looking to hire a Senior Accounting Manager to join its leadership team.

This isn’t a "maintain the status quo" accounting role. The company has completed multiple acquisitions over the past year and will soon grow to nearly 70 locations
, creating an incredible opportunity for someone who enjoys building teams, improving processes, and helping scale an organization.

Even more exciting, this role offers a clear path to Director within approximately 12 months
, with the Director level including an equity opportunity.

• Lead and mentor a growing team of accountants
• Own the month-end close process and support financial reporting
• Partner with leadership on accounting operations and process improvements
• Help build and scale the accounting function through continued acquisitions
• Drive consistency across a multi-site healthcare organization

• Experience leading month-end close in a corporate accounting environment
• Multi-site healthcare accounting experience strongly preferred (multi-entity experience will also be considered)
• CPA preferred, but not required
• Experience in a private equity-backed environment is a plus
