Staff Accountant

As a Staff Accountant, you would be responsible for assisting with month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes for multiple locations throughout the US.
- Prepare and post monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Analyze financial data and investigate account variances.
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, including accruals and prepaid expenses.
- Support SEC reporting requirements and compliance with SOX controls.
- Assist with external and internal audits by providing requested schedules and documentation.
- Prepare financial reports and support management reporting initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to GAAP and company accounting policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve accounting issues and improve processes.
- Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
- Minimum of 2+ years of multi-location GAAP accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
- Experience supporting SEC reporting is preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (X/VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Familiarity working on ERP systems such as Workday, Netsuite, Oracle, or similar platforms
- Must be comfortable working in office 4 days/week

Pay $70-85,000 per year
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
